Research  >  Escherichia coli Transcriptome

Back at the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB), Dr. E. Kolker served as the Principal Investigator (PI) on a collaboration between Affymetrix, ISB, and University of Washington on E. coli expression studies, which resulted in the following publications:

Identifying operons and untranslated regions of transcripts using Escherichia coli RNA expression analysis and

Transcriptome analysis of Escherichia coli using high-density oligonucleotide probe arrays

Data produced during this collaboration are available FREE of CHARGE both for nonprofit research/educational institutions and industrial researchers, and can be downloaded from the Publications page: CORE DATA

If you have any questions about these data, please contact Eugene Kolker.

Transcriptome transcripts (genes and mRNAs) activated by a cell or organ at a particular time and under specific conditions - is analyzed by Transcriptomics - the study of the full set of transcripts encoded by a genome.
